PlanPro version 6.5 has an entirely new acitivity entry form with an improved user interface and it is more functional and easier to use.

• New activity entry form is dynamic, i.e the size of the activity entry form window can be adjusted easily with the mouse. Work with the entry form is faster as reading and saving the data occurs asynchronously .
• References of the activity (Cofillers and Partners, Strategy, Risks, Action plans and Budget) are grouped in separate tabs. It enables to manage the references better and doesn’t load the entry form with redundant information.  All pop-up windows have a search option.
• Inserting, managing and viewing reports is more convinient. We have combined the functionality for adding reports (Daily report, Month report and General report) and descriptions . After opening the entry form the user immediately can see the last reports and doesn’t have to look for entries in a separate tab. It is possible to add several daily reports. Report and description texts can be formatted,  i.e. it is possible to change fonts, colours and add hyperlinks. Every user has a right to change and delete only his daily reports but the month reports can be changed by anyone.
• Files can be attached to the activities.
• The activity can be locked and opened directly from the activity entry form (if the user has the rights).
