PlanPro version updates, fall 2025: faster reports; saveable views and change log in all modules; eNPS; more convenient data import from file to questionnaires

Here is a brief summary of the most important developments made in PlanPro software during the fall of 2025.

Task views

  • When opening the activity card, the activity ID is visible in the URL in the browser address bar. In the activity list view and on the activity card, you can copy the link by double-clicking on the ID.
  • We have made several improvements to the desktop view:
    • A horizontal column chart has been added to the widget data display option.
    • The widget with the action plan data can be grouped based on status and rating.
    • In the time widget, data can now be grouped based on the activity type. We always display the planned and actual time-related charts in order from largest to smallest.
  • In the activity view, there is a new option under the filter button “Is not related to”, which allows users to filter activities based on missing connections. The activity filter also separates the activity connections filter by team and unit.
  • The Gantt view has been updated with the ability to see planned time in the schedule by both employees and activities. The system automatically divides the planned time into periods based on the duration of the activity. The time unit can be selected as minutes, hours, days, FTE, FTE%.
  • A task stage filter has been added to the board view, which allows each user to turn stages on or off and more specifically select which stages are shown to them (e.g. only under my responsibility, over the deadline, etc.).
  • In the calendar view, a user who has the right to change other activities can change and delete calendar entries entered by other people.

Activity card form

  • Team members related to an activity can now change all report types (except comments), the name and time of both the person who entered and changed the report are shown.
  • On the activity card, completions can be grouped by type, by performer, by status. By default, completions are grouped by type and sorted by date added.
  • Through the activity card, you can now simultaneously add a link to the strategy or action plan by adding a link to the corresponding strategy or action plan metric.

Strategy, KPIs, Risk, and Action Plan Modules

  • You can also create saved views in the full views of strategy, action plan and risks. Until now, this option was only available in the activity list. The created views, or default filters, can also be used to create widgets on the desktop.
  • In the full view of strategy, action plan and risks, you can open a detailed view for an entry, which allows you to filter out and work with only one strategy, action plan or risk branch at a time. Until now, this option was only available in the activity list.
  • The action log is now also available on the strategy, action plan, risk and partner forms. The log allows you to track changes made to data fields, executions and links.
  • We have made many changes to the metric form and the full view of the metric, making it easier and more understandable for users to enter metric targets and add actual results.
  • A status data field has been added to action plans.
  • Locked strategy, action plans and risk form completions can now be changed if the user has the right to manage the corresponding module or if they have been added to a team.

Structure and partnters

  • The structure detail view has new columns “related plans” and “related institutions”, which helps customers using PlanPro with sub-institutions better understand which institutions and plans users are related to.

  • The mass actions functionality for creating plan relationships has also been added to the partners module.

Performance Appraisals Module

  • A button has been added to the “All conversations” view in the menu bar for main users, through which they can move to the full structure view with a direct link.
  • Reports can also be downloaded from the chat module as a .csv file. We have also made downloading to both .csv and .xlsx files faster, taking into account the very large data volumes of our customers. The report can now be downloaded without displaying it on the screen.
  • HR staff can now conveniently set up data import from a file (.csv or .xlsx) into questionnaires (e.g. to display information about completed training on a development interview form).
  • The import of responses from one questionnaire to another has been enhanced with the option to specify that responses are transferred from the most recently sent interview form. For example, if an employee’s previous interview was an annual interview, then the goals from the previous annual interview will be transferred to their new annual interview form, and if it was a probationary interview, then from the end-of-probationary interview.
  • The options for measuring the employer recommendation index eNPS have been improved, and a diagram has been added to the results summary to visualize the distribution of responses on a speedometer based on the formula NPS= (%promoters) − (%responsible employees).
  • In third-party questionnaire workflows, it is now possible to select a mentor/supervisor/evaluator when sending out the questionnaire, if desired.
  • In surveys, it is now possible to prohibit filling out the questionnaire if the deadline has passed.
  • In the survey sending view there are new filtering and search options.

Additional Enhancements

  • Past and future annual plans display a small message in the header to distinguish them from the active annual plan.
  • The ability to download work plan reports as a .csv file has been created.
  • In the settings, you can now specify the order of action plan and strategy types and statuses, risk impact type, impact size and probability.
  • The ability to also transfer partners to the new plan has been added to the form for creating a new annual plan.
  • User rights groups in the settings can be locked so that user rights are not changed intentionally or accidentally.
  • It is now possible to inherit the title from employee data via the EntraID.
  • Other updates to underlying platforms and third-party software components.
