PlanPro version updates, summer 2024: saved filters/views; regular engagement surveys; SAP-integration

Below is a brief summary of developments during the summer months of 2024.

Activities and Views

Users can now save their most used views/filters.
Kanban: a view based on ratings and a view based on activity types.
Added possibility to bulk remove links of activities with action plan, strategy, partner, risk and metrics in list view of activities.
The start date and due date of an activity can be changed directly from the list view.
There is a separate option to add links (urls) in the activity card files section.
When copying activities, the statuses are approximated to the original statuses.
In the linked activities section, parent activities and the person in charge are also displayed.

In the calendar view, you can copy a calendar entry with a right mouse click and place it where you want with a comment. The delete option has also been moved to the right mouse click.
It is now possible to plan time for long-term activities for team members on an annual basis.

Possibility to add new units.
Email notifications can be sent using bulk actions to team members associated with metrics.
In the strategy and action plans view, it is possible to bulk add and bulk remove links to strategy, action plan, metric, risk and annual plans and to change the person in charge.
Metric target periods can be locked to prevent changes being made e. make read-only.
Several other additions regarding metrics.

Created integration with SAP:

Request employee metadata (employee SAP id, institution code, date of employment, date of end of trial period, date of end of contract).
Show completed trainings on performance review forms (start and end date, name, volume, trainer) on interview forms.

New possibilities for regular measurement of employee engagement and satisfaction and visualization of results (so-called pulse surveys).
The main user can now cancel the ongoing review (in the case of questionnaire (employee) and questionnaire (interviewer) workflow) and add a reason.
When creating a activity through the performance review form, the user is immediately shown the start and end date.
The main user of the conversations module no longer needs manage Settings permission to manage questionnaires and sending rules in Settings.
You can now choose type for the forms (performance review, probation period review, etc.) and set the validity period.

E-mail notifications now have a reference to the parent activity.
E-mail notifications can be configured on an institution-by-institution basis: each institution’s main user can now specify in the settings which notifications (adding a co-executor, approaching the deadline of a task stage, etc.) will be sent to the users of his institution.
The user’s card now shows which annual plans he is associated with and, if necessary, the user can be given access to the previous year’s plan(s).
Created possibility to import data from Excel to PlanPro with desired regularity (set in crontab).
