During the summer of 2025, we have made several improvements to PlanPro software. The biggest changes in the work plan concern the calendar and time consumption overviews, more advanced filtering in reporting.
Updated calendar – the calendar view has been transferred to the new framework. Support for recurring entries, better overviews of logged time by day, week, month and year have been added. The monthly report allows you to see the time consumption summarized by activity by month.
Many different improvements in the dashboard:
new widgets for displaying metrics, planned and actual time. Data can be sorted by user, activity or calendar entry type.
You can now open input forms directly from the strategy, risk and measurement widgets.
Power users can create dashboards for other users, and each user can decide whether their dashboard is visible to colleagues.
The conversations icon in front of the activity helps to distinguish activities related to peformance review more easily in the work plan view.
Notifications on status change – the power user can set status-based notifications in the settings that are displayed to the user when the status of an activity changes.
In addition, a number of smaller improvements that make activity management more convenient and logical.
In the full views of the modules, settings, chats and reports, the view name is displayed in the URL.
In the detailed view of metrics, you can change the units of metrics on multiple records at once with a mass action.
It is possible to set periodic execution types for action plans, strategy and risks (annual report, quarterly report, monthly report and expected result).
A new workflow that can be used to prepare a mentoring plan for a new employee. The manager sets goals, the employee and supervisor can manage their implementation.
When sending a conversation in workflows that also include a 3rd party, the HR can now choose a supervisor/evaluator if desired, both when sending the questionnaire and when opening the questionnaire in the unstarted status.
More detailed statistics are displayed in the summary view – precise information is displayed on how many conversations have been sent and approved and what the response rate is. A date range filter has also been added.
Different rules can be created for different job groups to automatically send questionnaires.
Improved search options – now you can search for interviews and questionnaires by job group and title.
Automatic notifications after the deadline – if the questionnaire has not been approved by the deadline, an automatic reminder will be sent to the user (the number of days is configurable).
Similar to the previous period question, it is possible to add desired subquestions to the next period goal question for the work plan activity, which is also displayed on the performance interview form.
In the reports module, a possibility has been created for PlanPro software users to compile a report on annual plans together with partners (subordinate institutions).
In the reports module, we made many additions regarding the execution reports entered for activities. In periodic reports (annual report, quarterly report, monthly report) you can make multiple selections, specify whether the results are displayed in rows or columns, and use other convenient options.
Calendar entry types and metric types can be assigned a sequence number, which is used to sort entries in different views.
The user right to lock classifications limits who can change classifications.
