Below you will find a brief summary of the most important developments made during the spring of 2025, which increase ease of use and streamline work processes in various modules.
We have a completely new dashboard view. Here, the user can add a widget as a list or three different types of charts from the default options or based on saved filters and specify whether they want to see all or only the data related to them. Widgets can currently be added for my conversations, activities, stages, action plans, risks, strategy, metrics, planned and actual time data sets, and we are adding new options.
The kanban board view has been transferred to the new framework. Both the design and several new useful options have been added: columns can be clicked together and their locations changed, an image is displayed for the person responsible, the swimlane brings a new dimension to the board view to see activities based on another attribute.
Through the activity list, it is possible to send mass notifications to those responsible for activities, for example, to remind them of the need to submit a monthly or quarterly report, to request them to review the statuses of activities, etc.
When entering a report on an activity card, you can take one step back or one step forward (undo, redo) and restore the text that was lost when the type was changed.
Additional date fields can be used on the activity card: planned start and planned end.
The activity card displays the main activity and its subactivities as a clickable path (breadcrumbs).
In the activity list view, it is possible to filter activities by whether a report exists or not, specifying both a specific report type and a date range.
In the list view for mass actions, the user is given detailed messages about success/failure along with the reason why the mass action was not successful.
