Estonian Tax and Customs Board implements PlanPro conversations module and begins to conduct development conversations, traineeship and exit interviews for 1500 employees. In addition the functionality for assessment of competencies will be developed. PlanPro reviews and staff appraisal module allows to carry out onboarding, performance and exit interviews with employees. The entire process takes place electronically and is simple and fast. Personnel manager has an overview of all pending and completed questionnaires, it is convenient to carry out the data analysis.
