Our story began a little over 10 years ago, when PlanPro CEO Kalev Truusalu, while working as a middle manager and later as a top manager in a large organization, saw a problem: planning and monitoring were not connected. There were many goals, but there was no certainty whether they would actually be implemented. That is how the idea was born to consolidate different planning processes, documents and reporting into one environment.
The need to get a better overview of the implementation of long-term strategic goals and the fulfillment of annual action plans or work plans exists in every large organization. Unified and shared responsibility for achieving set goals allows for smarter decisions to be made and cooperation instead of duplicating work.
PlanPro, which started as a hobby company, has today grown into a reliable partner for medium-sized and large organizations both in Estonia and internationally.
