Views<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-1d8ab5eb exad-sticky-section-no exad-glass-effect-no elementor-widget class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<ul><li>Activity IDs: When opening an activity card, the <strong>Activity ID is now visible in the browser\u2019s address bar URL<\/strong>. In both the list view and on the card itself, you can copy the link by double-clicking the ID.<\/li><\/ul><ul><li>We have made several improvements to the <b>Dashboard view<\/b>:<br \/><ul><li>A bar chart option has been added for displaying widget data.<\/li><li>Widgets displaying Action Plan data can now be grouped by status and rating.<\/li><li>In the Time Tracking widget, data can now be grouped by activity type. Charts displaying planned vs. actual time are now always displayed in descending order.<\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul><ul><li>There is <strong>a new option under the filter button called &#8220;No relations&#8221;,<\/strong> which allows users to filter activities based on missing connections.<\/li><\/ul><ul><li>In the Gantt view, an <strong>option has been added to view planned time in the schedule by both employees and activities<\/strong>. The system automatically distributes the planned time over the time period based on the activity&#8217;s duration. The time unit can be selected as minutes, hours, days, FTE, or FTE%.<\/li><li>A <b>stage filter<\/b><strong> has been added to the Board view<\/strong>, allowing each user to toggle stages on or off and specifically select which stages are shown to them (e.g., only &#8220;under my responsibility,&#8221; &#8220;overdue,&#8221; etc.).<\/li><li>In the Calendar view, a user who has the <strong>right to edit other activities can now edit and delete calendar entries entered by other people.<\/strong><\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-72aef35c exad-sticky-section-no exad-glass-effect-no elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"72aef35c\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Activity Card Form<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-50176054 exad-sticky-section-no exad-glass-effect-no elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"50176054\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<ul><li style=\"font-size: 18px;\">Team members associated with the activity can now <strong>edit all reports types (except comments)<\/strong> on the activity card. Both the creator&#8217;s and the modifier&#8217;s names and timestamps are displayed.<\/li><li style=\"font-size: 18px;\">On the activity card, <strong>reports\u00a0can be<\/strong> <strong>grouped <\/strong>by type, submitter, or status. Previously, this option was available only in the activity list. These created views (i.e., default filters) can also be used to create widgets on the dashboard.<\/li><li>In the full views for Strategy, Action Plans, and Risks, it is possible to <strong>open a detailed view<\/strong> from a specific record, enabling you to isolate and work on a single strategy, action plan, or risk branch at a time. Previously, this feature was available only in the activity list.<\/li><li>The <b>Action log<\/b> is now available on the Strategy, Action Plan, Risk, and Partner forms. We have optimized the download speed for both .csv and .xlsx files, keeping our clients&#8217; large data volumes in mind. Additionally, reports can now be downloaded without having to display them on the screen first.<\/li><li>HR staff can now conveniently <strong>configure data import from a file (.csv or .xlsx) into questionnaires<\/strong> (e.g., to display completed training info on a performance review form).<\/li><li>The import of responses from one questionnaire to another has been enhanced with the option to specify that <strong>responses are transferred from the most recently sent conversation form.<\/strong> For example, if an employee&#8217;s previous review was an annual review, then goals are carried over from the previous annual review to their new annual review form; if it was a probationary review, then from the end-of-probation review.<\/li><li>The options for measuring the <strong>Employer Net Promoter Score (eNPS)<\/strong> have been improved. A speedometer diagram has been added to the results summary to visualize the distribution of responses based on the formula NPS = (% Promoters) \u2212 (% Detractors).<\/li><li>In workflows involving third-party questionnaires, it is now possible to optionally <strong>select the mentor, supervisor, or evaluator immediately when sending out the questionnaire.<\/strong><\/li><li>In surveys, it is now <strong>possible to disable the completion of a questionnaire if the deadline has passed.<\/strong><\/li><li>Filtering and search options have been added to the header in the questionnaire distribution view.<\/li><li style=\"font-size: 18px;\">In the &#8220;My Conversations&#8221; view, users who have moved from one institution to another are shown only the conversations held and locked<\/strong> to prevent intentional or accidental changes to user rights.<\/li><li>It is now possible to retrieve employee job <strong>titles via the EntraID interface.<\/strong><\/li><li>Other
