As always, new functionality has been developed based on user needs. Many of our customers have recently showed interest to systematically track how much time is spent on tasks, and thus we have made several useful additions for time planning and tracking actual time.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Developments of the metrics module continued. We have paid attention to the fact that the user finds what he needs and we help him navigate the amount of data.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Below is a brief summary of the updates that have become available to our clients during version updates (9.3.1.0 &#8211; 9.3.2.0).<\/strong><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-a80c5d8 calendar<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-513de3a exad-sticky-section-no exad-glass-effect-no elementor-widget class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<ul><li><span class=\"\">At the request of users, we brought back the possibility of\u00a0<\/span><b><span class=\"\">24 h<\/span><\/b><span class=\"\">\u00a0time planning.\u00a0<\/span>Calendar entries can now be created\u00a0<b>with an accuracy of 15 minutes<\/b>, or,if necessary, for example 15 or 45 minutes.<\/li><li>By dragging the activity to the calendar, you can now specify what type of activity (entry) it is.\u00a0By default, there are following\u00a0<b>types: e-mail, phone call, meeting.\u00a0<\/b>\u00a0Additional types can be created by admin user\u00a0 in the settings.<\/li><li>In the calendar view, you can now\u00a0<b>add a comment to a calendar entry<\/b>, which is also stored in the comments section of the activity.<\/li><li><b>We also improved the control of rights to see<\/b> other users&#8217; calendar entries.<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div preference, and the next time the view is opened, the same sequence is displayed.\u00a0The grouped view selected by the user\u00a0is also saved<b>.<\/b><\/li><li>The action now has\u00a0\u00a0<b>a change date with time<\/b>.<\/li><li>It is possible\u00a0<b>to add links with metrics<\/b>\u00a0<b>to activities as a bulked action.<\/b><\/li><li><b><\/b>Options have been added\u00a0<b>to the activities filter<\/b>\u00a0to show only activities that contain task stages, as well as activities whose\u00a0stages are due in the next 7 days.<\/li><li><b>The Kanban view<\/b>\u00a0now also displays the deadlines and priority flags.\u00a0When you hover over an entry with the mouse, you can see parent activity in the tooltip.<\/li><li>In the activity list, in a separate column, you can see\u00a0<b>the connections between the activities and the metrics<\/b>, the current year&#8217;s goals and results.\u00a0Alternatively, acquired metrics can be displayed under activities.\u00a0<\/li><li>Both\u00a0<b>the activity card and the form for creating connections show\u00a0<\/b><b>which\u00a0type\u00a0it is<\/b>, and there is also a filter for filtering types.<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-be3f288 exad-sticky-section-no exad-glass-effect-no elementor-widget metrics<\/b><b>\u00a0are now in one complete picture<\/b>.\u00a0With one click, you can see all related metrics for strategic goals, along with goals, results, and implementation status.<\/li><li><b>Department-specific metrics<\/b>\u00a0&#8211; different targets can be set for different units and each unit can report its actual.\u00a0By default, departmental targets are always pre-populated with global target values.\u00a0<\/li><li>For each metric, it is possible to set a different\u00a0<b>calculation formula for the actual result<\/b>\u00a0\u00a0(sum, average, minimum, maximum) and\u00a0specify whether bigger is better or smaller is better.\u00a0On the basis of these determinations, percentages of achievement of results are calculated, both for the general and\u00a0 department KPIs.<\/li><li>\u00a0An automatic colored evaluation dot\u00a0generated based on the percentage of actual fulfillment of the result\u00a0helps to quickly get an overview of the status of achieving the goals of the metric.<\/li><li>The list of metric\u00a0\u00a0units has been expanded at the\u00a0\u00a0request of customers with several options: point, hectare, day, hour, minute, m2, m3, kWh, km, km\/h.<\/li><li>In the full view of the metrics, you can also use the department filter,\u00a0<b>the\u00a0<\/b><b>shortcut &#8220;My metrics&#8221;\u00a0<\/b>helps the user to quickly see only those metrics that are directly related to him.\u00a0A simple view has been created for entering the actual indicators, with the user&#8217;s department in front by default.<\/li><li>Various
